Hitpixel is a privately-held software and engineering firm. We design, build, and operate software products for clients in payments, innovative communications platforms, and consumer technology. Every engagement is owned by a senior engineering team that ships the work and operates it afterwards.
History
In operation since 2020.
Hitpixel was founded in 2020 as a senior engineering practice for operators in regulated and high-trust verticals. The first years focused on building the payments engineering bench, including the partnership with TSYS for processing integrations and ValueMentor for PCI DSS certification.
The AI and LLM engineering practice was added in 2022, with a focus on matching, ranking, and conversational systems for innovative communications platforms. Engineering, product, data, and operations teams operate from a single office in Dubai Hills Business Park.
Leadership
How decisions are made.
Hitpixel runs without a committee structure. Each engagement is led by a senior engineer with full authority over architecture, staffing, and roadmap decisions inside that engagement. Cross-practice decisions (new client verticals, platform investments, partnership posture) sit with a small group of operators who have built the practice from 2020.
We do not raise capital from outside investors. Decisions are evaluated against multi-year operating returns, not against quarterly milestones written for a board deck.
